Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do. Whether you’re in Tasmania or tucked away somewhere across the seas, your artwork will make its journey to you. Art loves travelling as much as I do.

How long does shipping take?

Originals are wrapped and shipped within a few days, and prints follow shortly after. Delivery times depend on your location, but everything is sent with care and intention.

How are the artworks packaged?

Your piece is cocooned safely and beautifully, ready to arrive in perfect condition. Think layers of protection wrapped with the same gentleness I give my canvases.

Can I collect my artwork in person?

If you’re in Tassie, absolutely. We can organise a pickup and you can escape into the studio for a moment of calm and creativity.

What payment methods do you accept?

All the main ones. Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay… whatever keeps your art dreams flowing.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes I do. If something speaks to your soul but you’d love a gentler payment journey, I offer lay-by plans on original artworks. Just reach out and we’ll set it up with ease.

Is my payment secure?

Completely. Your details are safe and protected. I never see your personal card information.

Do you offer commissions?

Yes. If you have a memory, story or symbolic moment you want transformed into artwork, I’d love to create something deeply personal for you.

What if the artwork arrives damaged?

It’s rare, but life happens. Take photos straight away and contact me. I’ll make sure everything is resolved smoothly.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, for original artworks I offer a 14-day exchange policy. You have 14 days from the moment your artwork arrives to request a return. To be eligible, you’ll just need to follow the return process outlined on my site so everything flows smoothly.

Prints can be exchanged if they arrive damaged or faulty. And of course, if anything feels off, just reach out… I’m always here to help.

Will the colours match what I see on my screen?

I photograph everything in natural light to stay true, but screens love playing tricks. Expect the colours to feel richer and more alive in person.

Do originals come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes they do. Signed, dated and ready to accompany your artwork wherever it lives.

Are prints limited edition?

Some yes, some no. Each product page will tell you exactly which collection it belongs to.

How do I care for my artwork?

Keep it away from direct sunlight and extreme moisture. Treat it like a treasured story, because it is.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. Once your piece is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can watch its journey unfold.
