Returns & Exchanges

I want you to absolutely love your new artwork. If for any reason it’s not quite right, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to request a return.

Your piece will need to be in its original condition — unused and packed safely back in its original packaging. 

To start a return, simply email me at veronicamilesart@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, I’ll send you a return label and all the details on how to send it back. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you send something back without letting me know first, I won’t be able to accept it (gotta keep things organised).

Damages or Mix-Ups

Please check your artwork when it arrives and let me know straight away if it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. I’ll sort it out as quickly as possible so you’re happy with the outcome.

Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Want something else instead? The easiest way is to return your item and, once approved, place a new order for the one you really want.

Refunds

As soon as I receive and inspect your return, I’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved. If all’s well, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Sometimes banks and credit cards take a little longer to show the refund, so give it a few days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the refund, please reach out to me at veronicamilesart@gmail.com and I’ll look into it for you.
